I forgot my password; how do I retrieve it?

Change your password by following these steps:

1. Go to iWantTickets page then click LOG IN.
2. From the log in page, click on Forgot your Password.
3. Enter your email address registered on iWantTickets then click SUBMIT.
4. Reset password link will be sent to your email address.
5. Check your Inbox or Spam/Junk folders and click the password reset link.
6. Enter your new password and click Submit.
7. Log in again to iWantTickets using your new password.

NOTE:
 Password requirements must be: 

minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters

at least one upper case letter

at least one lower case letter
